                                                Isla Tortugas

Isla Tortugas
We anchored  at   09 46.73N  84 53.76W
19ft of water - Off The EAST Side

Isla Tortugas

We only spent a night here.

It was way too busy with tour and party boats for us.  The anchorage itself was clear but we felt like we were surrounded.  There were a bunch of Party Boats anchored off the snorkeling spots at the rock spires as well as the passage between the islands.  There were also a bunch over at the beach on Isla Tolinga.

They did all leave at sunset so the night was peaceful.  Not sure if it was just a randomly busy day.  We didn't bother to stick around to find out.    It's a shame it was so busy because this is a really pretty anchorage.  If you can get it on a day without as many tour boats it would definitely be worth a visit.
