General overview
Liquid is a Moerman Monaco 50 built in Brielle, Holland some time in to 1970's.
Moerman is a Dutch shipyard that dabbled in recreational sailboats in the 1960's and 1970's.
The Monaco 50 is an evolution of a design they built for Sparkman & Stephens and a design they built for Al Mason in the same timeframe.
Moerman took their favorite parts from those designs, made it a few feet longer and called it a Monaco 50.

Liquid is an all steel, full keel, heavy displacement boat that was made for comfortably and safely traveling in all conditions offshore.
She has permanent berths for 5. The aft cabin with a double and the forward cabin has a double and a single.
We re-powered in 2011 with a brand new Volvo Penta D3-110.
We carry 240 gallons of diesel for a motoring range of over 1250 miles.
We carry 300 gallons of water and easily go over a month on board between re-fills (with 2 on board)
We also have a new 40 gal/hr Watermaker so that we would not be limited by water while traveling.
We have a 55 gallon black water tank.
Our Battery Bank is 330Ah at 24v (Equivalent to 660Ah at 12v)
Batteries are 6 x 12V AGM Group 31 110Ah wired into a 24V Bank
